Economic Reconstruction Projects

Facilitation between property owners and City of Seymour for Façade Grant project.

Create a business development incentive program for investment in Downtown Seymour, possibly in conjunction with the Business Academy being developed.

(Future) Explore initiative to increase second story residential units and occupancy.

Met with financial institutions resulting in three institutions offering low interest commercial loans to businesses participating in the façade grant study.

Completed an inventory of downtown businesses in February 2007.
