- Local farmers gather in the Walnut Street parking lot from Monday through Saturday whenever produce is available to sell their goods.
- Expanded 4th Saturday includes handmade items, music, and food.

Aug. 27, 2011: Dog Days Dog Show 8:30am
- 8:30am registration / 9:15 am judging.
- Residents pay $2 to enter their dogs in up to two categories in the annual dog show that takes place in the Keach parking lot.
- Dogs are judged in different categories including: Best kisser, Most affectionate rescue, Precious puppy, Most hair, Least hair, Longest and shortest tail, Biggest, Smallest, Best dressed dog, Longest ears, Dog most resembling owner.

Oct. 24, 2011: Downtown Trick or Treat 4pm - 6pm
- Children can trick or treat at participating merchants in the downtown area on the evening of the Lions Costume Parade.

Oct. 24, 2011: Evening Lions Costume Parade 6pm
- The Evening Lions holds an annual costume parade in the downtown area.
- Parade starts at the Post Office at 4th and Chestnut and ends at the Legion Annex parking lot at 2nd and Pine.

Nov. 28, 2011: Downtown Christmas 5pm - 7pm
- Santa is available at the event to talk to children and get their pictures taken.
- Vendors offer everything from hot chocolate to games to face painting.
- Stage entertainment, horse and wagon rides and hay rides are also available.
- Chestnut St. and St. Louis Ave. are closed off during the event.

May 19, 2012: Lawn, Garden & Patio Show 8am - noon
- Held at the Robertson Mill Parking Lot on Walnut Street.
- The Seymour Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast is held at 7a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church.
- The show features an auction and many vendors and booths with lawn and garden items on display.
